Ensuring an enjoyable and safe event for all

Uneven surfaces

The event site is flat, with no steps or steep inclines, however, public areas are all on grass, so the ground may be uneven.

Disabled toilets

Disabled toilets are available for both general admission and premium ticketholders. If you or a member of your party has additional needs that you wish to discuss, please e-mail [email protected]

Mobiloo

We have a fully equipped, fully accessible facility within the event arena.

Mobiloo comes with a friendly driver/facilitator who is there to welcome you, keep the space squeaky clean and will be on hand to assist irrespective of your particular toileting requirements. Further information can be found here: https://mobiloo.org.uk/

Assistance dogs

Assistance dogs and guide dogs are the only animals permitted on site.

Weather appropriate

Please ensure you come prepared for British weather, with sunscreen/waterproofs as appropriate.

Volume

Exposure to loud music may cause damage to hearing; please bring ear defenders/plugs if you require them.

Quiet space

There will be a quiet space located within the event. The aim of this space is to provide a safe, low level stimulation zone for any customers with accessibility requirements who need to use it.

Flashing lights and special effects

There may be flashing lights and special effects during performances.

If access is required, please let us know when applying for a carers’ ticket.
